GET IN TOUCH

Five ways in. Pick the one that fits and the form changes to match — we would rather ask you four useful questions than take a name and an empty message box.

Reply time
Within a few days, usually less.
Who reads it
A person, every message, without exception. The first reply comes from whoever built the thing you are asking about.
If it does not fit
We say so directly rather than sending a non-answer.
What we do with it
Answer it. Nothing submitted here is sold, shared or added to a marketing list.

There is one licence and no price list. Terms are agreed per institution and written into the contract, which is why the figure is discussed here rather than read off a page.

PRE-BOOK

Reserve a deployment

Pre-booking agrees your terms now, ahead of general availability, and shapes the integration around your environment while that is still open. Early partners influence what the production system prioritises, because the requirements are not yet fixed.

SR 26-2, EU AI Act, GDPR Article 17, FDA PCCP, an internal model risk policy, or something else.

Rough numbers are fine. This is the answer that decides whether we can help you, so it is the one worth two sentences.

INVESTMENT

Investment conversation

Tell us what you invest in and we will say whether this is a fit before sending anything — faster for both of us than a document that was never relevant. What is not on the site: the falsification specification, the full archive of 67 seeded runs including the four the first architecture failed, the adversarial suite, the manuscript, and the round terms.

Stage, sector and check size are enough. If you lead, say so — we are looking for a lead rather than a party round.

PRESS

Press enquiry

Replies come from the founder — there is no agency. If you are writing a sceptical piece, say so and ask for the falsification specification: it is the fastest route to checking whether any of this holds. Interviews are available, including on the parts that are not working yet.

A deadline gets you a faster answer. Say if you want the asset pack, the brief, or a correction.

DATA PROTECTION

Data protection request

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or a question about how we handle something. Requests are answered within five working days; a deletion request is acted on immediately and confirmed in writing. This route is read by the founder rather than a shared inbox.

The address you contacted us from, so we can identify what we hold.

Naming the right helps, but plain English is fine — we will work out which it is.

OTHER

Something else

The research, the licence, a dataset partnership, or a question that fits none of the above. Researchers and students: the release needs no permission when it lands, and until then ask here and we will arrange access.

What you send here is held by us as controller, used to answer you and for nothing else. No analytics, no cookies set by us, no marketing list. How we handle data

CONTACT QUESTIONS

If you want to run ORMAS, pre-book — that is the one route to the product, whichever application you have in mind. If you invest, use the second. Everything else goes to the third, and all three are read by the same person.

Within a few days, usually less. Every message is read by a person, and if your message does not fit we will say so directly rather than sending a non-answer.

Because it is the question that decides whether this is worth your time. An organisation that can already diagnose a failed run in an afternoon does not need this, and we would rather establish that in the first message than in the third meeting.

Yes, and it is the expected path. Evaluation access is available now under a short agreement, and free and unrestricted once the research release is out. Either way it runs entirely in your environment with nothing reaching us.

The third form, and it goes to the top of the pile. A dataset partnership is the single largest thing standing between the published result and the fields it was built for.
